Snooziie – Terms of Service

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, or promotions and to cancel or refuse any order based on incorrect information.

All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. Snooziie does not store customer payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier performance and destination. Snooziie is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage occurring after dispatch.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon shipment from our facility.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only in accordance with our Return Policy. Products must be returned in unused, original condition and within the specified time frame.

Refunds will be processed once goods are received and verified. Snooziie reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Snooziie products are intended for general comfort and personal use only. By purchasing and using any Snooziie product, you acknowledge and agree that:

All actions taken with or involving Snooziie products are at the sole risk of the customer.
